Adding an entry in the LHS 'permanent' menu - Welcome, NASA Station, OTC Station, etc

The main Navigation menu is defined on a special page that you simply edit. That page is MediaWiki:Sidebar.

Getting a list of pages and side-menus already written

Under the left menu Toolbox is Special pages. Go there and there's an All Pages link which lists all the content pages. To get to the menus, select Template and Go from the Namespace option list at the top of that page.

Creating new side menus

Create a new page called Template:SideMenu{NewName}.
